Stephen G. BachelderStephan G. Bachelder

Mr. Bachelder served in the Office of the U.S. Solicitor of Labor, as well as in the U.S. Labor Department Office of Pension and Welfare Benefit Programs. He is a member of the ABA Tax Section, and the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits subsections and has served on ABA task forces dealing with compensation issues. Mr. Bachelder has written and lectured on compensation, ESOPs, ERISA, benefits litigation and estate planning.
