Michael S. KatzkeMr. Katzke has extensive experience in senior executive compensation matters. Prior to joining the Bachelder Firm as Counsel, he was a partner in the Executive Compensation and Benefits Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Mr. Katzke has written frequently on executive compensation issues for various publications. He has advised senior executives and public and private companies, including boards of directors and compensation committees. Mr. Katzke has been featured in Chambers USA – America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, and The Best Lawyers in America. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Make-A-Wish of Metro New York and on the Board of Trustees of Temple Israel of the City of New York.
